Brett was so strong right to the end. He passed in peace with us by his side. It's such a shame hes not around to see how much he was so loved. The Nurses on his ward loved him so much they used to fight over who was going to look after him. The Nurses and Drs tried so hard to give him more time. But it wasnt to be. We are heartbroken he planed his own funeral music etc!! So I'm sure Brett would love you to attend. Come in what you like very informal dress code. Family flowers only.
